Builder. Operator. Connector.

WHAT I DO From early conviction to real-world impact, I work at the intersection of strategy, systems, and human behavior to build experiences and organizations that last. I’m a strategic operator and builder shaping and scaling programs, partnerships, and platforms. I lead through clarity, trust, and design — aligning diverse stakeholders, building durable operating systems, and translating vision into execution.
HOW I DO IT DIFFERENTLY I observe how people navigate choice and incentives, understand how values drive action to move the needle, and design end-to-end experiences that turn behavioral insight into scalable, measurable growth. Throughout my career, I have been driven by three key passions: building high-performing teams, building communities that foster high-trust connections, and designing experiences that deliver lasting value to both consumers and businesses.
